Involvement in this sector arose from an initial appointment by a UK
County Council authority to determine a dispute between themselves and
a third party which involved an agricultural holding. Further
involvement in this sector resulted such that regular appointments are
received from Local Government Authorities – from District Councils to
County Councils - on a range of disputes which the parties wish to settle
without recourse to law.
